The Imagineering Programme was launched in 1988 with the objective of promoting engineering polymers within the world of creativity. In this context, DuPont offers technical seminars, cooperation projects with design colleges and periodic newsletters ? in short, a complete logistics system to help designers and their industrial customers learn more about the potential of engineering polymers and to use them more creatively.

The Imagineering Awards, which take place every two years, complement these initiatives, giving future creators the opportunity to design new products using engineering polymers.

Since its creation, close to 4500 students from across Europe have entered the competition. 2003, the Imagineering Awards have been extended to Asia.
